Job Description:

• Receive and process customer orders from e-commerce platforms such as TikTok Shop and Shopee.
• Ensure all orders are processed within the specified timelines.
• Pack, label, and arrange orders for shipment.
• Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery.
• Deliver parcels to the nearest courier service outlet daily.
• Record and monitor inventory stock in and out.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Assist with daily administrative tasks, filing, and data entry.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packaging area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in a related field.
• Must have a valid driving licence and own transportation.
• Basic computer skills are an advantage.
• Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
