Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and data-driven Product Operation Internship to join Xiaomi. In this role, you will own the end-to-end performance of assigned product categories, driving sales, profitability, and inventory efficiency across retail and e-commerce channels. You will combine sharp commercial instincts with rigorous data analysis to optimize product assortments, execute high-impact campaigns, and accelerate business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Category Performance Management: Manage assigned product categories to successfully achieve sales, profit, and inventory turnover targets.
• Campaign & Launch Execution: Plan and execute impactful product launches, promotional events, and seasonal campaigns across retail and e-commerce channels.
• Inventory & Sales Monitoring: Monitor daily sales performance, sell-through rates, and stock levels; proactively identify bottlenecks and drive corrective actions.
• Assortment Optimization: Optimize product mix and SKU portfolios to maximize category performance and meet customer demands.
• Market Intelligence: Analyze market trends, user behavior, and competitor activities to deliver actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Retail, Marketing, Product, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless operational execution.
• Reporting & Insights: Prepare regular sales and performance reports, translating complex data into clear, strategic recommendations for management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably with relevant experience in category management, retail, or e-commerce operations.
• Mindset & Drive: Highly adaptable, self-motivated, and deeply passionate about the e-commerce and consumer tech industry.
• Data Acumen: Highly sensitive to data with a proven ability to analyze traffic, user behavior, and sales metrics to drive business decisions.
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent cross-functional coordination skills with a strong sense of ownership and execution.
