About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and service-oriented Management Trainees - Service to develop into a future leader within our Japanese Fine Dining team.
Key Responsibilities
Learn and support daily front-of-house restaurant operations.
Provide professional and attentive service to guests.
Learn Japanese fine dining service standards and procedures.
Monitor cleanliness, hygiene and workplace safety standards.
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Take on increasing responsibilities as part of the management development programme.
Requirements
Experience in Fine Dining is preferred.
Fresh graduates and candidates with relevant hospitality experience are welcome.
Strong interest in restaurant operations and hospitality management.
Positive attitude with good leadership potential.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Organised, responsible and willing to learn.
Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
