Minimum 3 years of warehouse management experience. Experience in the display rack, metal/furniture manufacturing industry or export/outbound operations will be an added advantage.

Detail-oriented, responsible and well-organized, with good coordination and team management skills.

Basic computer skills are required. Knowledge of Excel, inventory systems or warehouse management systems will be an advantage.

Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English at a basic level.

Able to work in a warehouse environment and handle tasks independently with good problem-solving skills.

Manage the daily receiving, issuing, storage and inventory operations to ensure physical stock matches system records.

Conduct regular stock counts, maintain accurate inventory records and resolve stock discrepancies.

Optimize warehouse space, storage arrangement and workflow to improve operational efficiency.

Lead and supervise the warehouse team, including work allocation and daily operations.

Ensure proper storage and handling of materials in compliance with safety requirements and 5S standards.

Coordinate material handovers between the warehouse, production, purchasing and logistics departments to ensure timely and accurate material movement.

Handle order preparation, picking and outbound operations for export shipments, ensuring accuracy in quantity and documentation.

Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, shortages and other warehouse-related issues.
