Recruitment team

• Assist in preparing orientation training list for new joiners and email to respective personnel
• Assist in preparing offer letters for new joiners
• Compile, verify, and check documents received from new joiners after completing training
• Assist in preparing the personal file
• Update new joiner's information to respective department and settings in HRMS systems
• Update records on the internal database
• Able to perform ad hoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management Human Resource/Administration/Psychology or equivalent
• Applicants must be willing to work in Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
