Job Responsibilities

• Involve in day-to-day operations in food production that includes cooking of meals as per request.
• Involve in patient tray line activities.
• Ensure adherence according to standard portion, food presentation, food temperature, sanitation and hygiene.
• Responsible to check, verify stock level and order food items to ensure adequacy and manage wastage.
• Produce standardised recipes to ensure consistent food quality and monitor to optimise the cost control.
• Manage food cost by minimizing food waste by checking food production list for the day.

Job Requirements

• Preferred Diploma/Degree in culinary arts/management.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in hospital setting.
• Good knowledge in Asian and Western cooking.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
