• Strong interest in the property development industry

• Proactive and eager to learn.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Willing to be stationed in Sabak Bernam (accommodation provided).

• Assist in preparing and submitting documents to relevant authorities for project approvals

• Assist with monitoring project progress, timelines, and site activities

• Help prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation

• Perform other tasks related to the property development process as assigned
