Responsibilities
Location: Paya Lebar
Salary: $2,500 – $3,000/month
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Check and verify supplier pricing, invoices and supporting documents
Prepare and apply for Letters of Credit (LC)
Perform customs-related functions, including customs duty permit declarations
Assist with import/export and trade documentation
Ensure information and documentation are accurate and properly maintained
Perform other administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Minimum NITEC in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or a related discipline
Relevant experience in import/export, 3PL, supply chain or logistics is advantageous
Candidates with a Customs Competency Test for Declarants Certificate are welcome
Around 2 years of relevant experience is preferred
Good communication and written language skills
Meticulous, organised and comfortable working with documentation
