• To perform administrative, secretarial, and operational tasks for department.
• Acts as a resource and point of contact for coordinating internal and external projects.
• Develops systems, methods, and procedures for managing flow of communications and work products.
• Utilizes knowledge of department and company to facilitate projects, communications and tasks.
• Responsible for coordinating select promotional programs as assigned.
• Responsible to provide HSS coordination support internally and externally between all divisions. To support Health & Safety Manager embed HS as a core value in LEGOLAND Malaysia to deliver robust HS standards, performance and a sustainable safety culture. As a member of LEGOLAND Malaysia’s team, actively participate in and contribute towards all areas of the business.
