·        Enjoys art and creative activities (Basic painting skills required)

·        Comfortable using basic digital tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Canva)

·        Good communication in English (Mandarin/Korean/Japanese is an advantage)

·        Diploma/Degree in Art is a bonus

·        Willing to multitask between admin and studio tasks

·        Able to work weekends

Studio Operations & Administration

·        Handle customer inquiries (WhatsApp, walk-ins, bookings)

·        Manage studio calendar, customer records, and payments

·        Assist with admin tasks such as filing, scheduling, and stock checks

·        Support sales of art sessions, packages, and merchandise

Customer Experience & Art Sessions

·        Welcome customers and guide them through painting sessions (training provided)

·        Assist with art materials, studio setup, and cleanup

·        Ensure customers have a fun and comfortable creative experience

·        Support simple sales and explain available packages

Content & Marketing

·        Assist with social media content (photos, videos, Canva visuals)

·        Capture moments during sessions for marketing purposes

·        Support simple promotional activities
