• At least 2 years’ experience in Auto Financing / Hire Purchase, preferably at HQ level
• Good understanding of Auto Financing business and processes
• Branch / ground experience is definitely an advantage
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willing to learn, take on new challenges and work as a team
