Job Descriptions :

· Recording, checking, updating and maintaining all the stock movement in the store.

· Maintaining the quality of goods during receipt, handling, storage and delivery.

· To record and supply all necessary moulds, tools and equipments.

· To arrange, record and check all goods kept in the store.

· Follow and maintain approved ISO and ICP procedures for parts receiving, issuing and recording.

· Housekeeping in the Spare Parts Store.

· Keep proper records, filing and documentation of the Spare Parts Store.

· Maintain and control stock level.

· General Storekeeping duties.

· The maintenance of the forklift everyday.

· Arrange, control and maintain the daily usage of forklift for all the departments.

· Co‑ordinate the workflow of forklift between departments.

· Ensure the safety of the workers by ensuring that all the forklift drivers drive carefully, slowly and professionally.

· Ensure that the forklift drivers do not race against each other.

· Ensure that there is no unauthorized usage of forklift.

· Ensure maintenance of forklift.

· Ensure that forklift is clean at all times.

· Ensuring that staff that uses the forklift are adequately trained and qualified to satisfactorily perform their duties.

· Ensure that all forklifts are at their proper packing area when not in use.

· Ensure that there is no unnecessary delay in the production due to forklift.

· Prepare and submit spare parts stock movement report.

· Inform senior staff of potential problems.

· General clerical duties.

· Follow and abide by all the company's policy, rules and regulations at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
