Requirements

• Diploma/Degree student in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Quantity Surveying, or related field

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn

• Duration: Minimum 3 months (longer preferred)

• Assist in sourcing materials, suppliers, and subcontractors for construction projects

• Support in preparing purchase orders, quotations, and comparison sheets

• Help with supplier evaluation and maintaining vendor database

• Assist in monitoring delivery schedules and ensuring timely supply of materials

• Support documentation, filing, and administrative tasks related to procurement

• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth procurement process

• Hands-on exposure to procurement process in the construction industry
• Practical learning in supplier management and cost control
• Internship allowance provided
