Job Description :

• Monitor daily construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with safety and health regulations, especially related to heavy machinery, earthworks, roadworks, drainage, and utilities installation.
• Conduct regular site safety audits, hazard identification (HIRARC), and ensure proper control measures are in place.
• Oversee the implementation of Traffic Management Plans (TMP) and ensure worker/public safety near live traffic zones.
• Inspect and verify that all workers, subcontractors, and visitors comply with PPE requirements and safety protocols.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly safety reports, accident/incident reports, and submit to Project Manager and DOSH (JKKP) where required.
• Liaise with authorities (e.g., DOSH, CIDB, JKR) and represent the company during safety inspections.

Job Requirements:

• Registered SHO with DOSH (JKKP Green Book) – mandatory.
• Diploma/Degree in Occupational Safety & Health or related discipline.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in infrastructure or road construction projects.
• Strong understanding of OSHA 1994, FMA 1967, and Construction (Safety) Regulations.
• Familiar with earthworks, road alignment, drainage, piling, utilities diversion, and other infra works.
• Able to manage and monitor subcontractor safety performance.
• Proficient in safety reporting, incident investigation, and communication with project stakeholders.
• Willing to be based full-time at project site in Johor and work under site conditions.
• Posses own transport

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
