Preparing and producing pastry and/or salad and general kitchen operations
Ensure food production, quality and consistency are in accordance with recipes and standards
Work independently in hot kitchen
To ensure the kitchen runs smoothly at all times Requirements

Working experience in western kitchen
Good knowledge of food handling, hygiene, preparation & cooking procedures
Pleasant, passionate about good food and great customer service.
Good team player, self-motivated and versatile.
Positive personality to grow and shine.
