Job Responsibilities
Welcome and greet guests warmly, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
Manage restaurant reservations and respond to guest enquiries via email.
Coordinate closely with the Operations, Bar and Service teams to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Communicate guest requests, feedback and preferences to the relevant service team and management.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Well-groomed, confident and professional in appearance.
Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Prior experience in hospitality, guest relations, customer service or F&B is an advantage.
