Europe Group Holdings Limited Hiring! Full Time Assistant Supervisor (尖沙咀) in Kowloon, Hong Kong - Ricebowl

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily store operations including manpower arrangement, monthly roster, reports, etc.;
• Handle customers complaints and inquiries in a professional manner;
• Monitor and ensure the company policy, operation policy and process can be implemented;
• Assist manager in leading and motivating teams to provide high-quality and professional services to customers in order to achieve sales target;
• Monitor and analysis team’s performance to provide constructive feedback and coaching.

Requirements:

• HKDSE or above;
• Minimum of 3 years years in retail sales and supervisory roles, with luxury retail experience preferred;
• Passionate, proactive and strong sense of commitment;
• Excellent in customer service, problem-solving; communication and leadership skills;
• Good command of spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin;
• Immediately available is highly preferred.

Working Hours:

• 9 hours per day
• Shift duty
