Job Requirements
Diploma/Degree preferred; travel or customer-service experience is an advantage.
Good English and urdu, any additional languages are a plus.
Basic knowledge of travel bookings, hotels, flights and tour services.
Computer skills: MS Office, email, WhatsApp and booking systems.
Able to work under pressure and handle urgent requests.
Key Skills
Excellent customer service and communication.
Reservations and booking coordination.
Supplier and agent communication.
Preparing quotations, itineraries and vouchers.
Handling amendments, cancellations and complaints.
Strong attention to detail and problem solving.
Good teamwork, organisation and time management.
working hours : 10 AM - 7 PM Monday to Saturday
