About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious, results-driven Business Development Executive to manage and cultivate relationships with high-value clients. In this role, you will focus on understanding brand offerings, managing company-provided client pipelines, and conducting strategic in-person client meetings.

Note: No cold calling or aggressive self-prospecting is required; all qualified leads and client accounts are provided directly by the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Expertise: Develop a thorough, in-depth understanding of our brand's products, services, and value propositions.
• Account Management & Follow-up: Proactively track, follow up, and manage client progress using internal tools to ensure smooth deal completion.
• Client Engagement: Plan, schedule, and visit client offices for face-to-face negotiations, presentations, and account discussions as needed.
• Pipeline Tracking: Maintain clear records of communication history, client feedback, and deal stages.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales, account management, or business development (top sales performers or "sales champions" from other industries are highly encouraged to apply).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Professional demeanor with confidence in conducting in-person client meetings.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and structured in managing daily tasks and client records.
