Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction project management.

Strong knowledge of interior construction methods, materials, and site coordination.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Proficiency in project management software, AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office.

Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.

Knowledge of local authority requirements and safety regulations is an advantage.

Have own transport

Manage end-to-end execution of interior design and fit-out projects.

Coordinate with clients, interior designers, architects, consultants, and subcontractors.

Develop, prepare, and manage detailed Work Programmes and project schedulesto monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.

Monitor project timelines, budgets, procurement, and resource allocation.

Supervise site activities to ensure work quality and compliance with design specifications.

Conduct site inspections, progress meetings, and contractor coordination meetings.

Review drawings, material submissions, and shop drawings before implementation.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.

Track project variations, claims, and cost control measures.

Resolve project issues, delays, and technical challenges efficiently.

Liaise with suppliers and vendors for material delivery and installation schedules.

Prepare and submit regular project status updates to management and clients.

Ensure successful project handover, defect rectification, and close-out documentation.
