We're Hiring: Video Content Creator Intern

Allowance: RM800/month

About the Role

We're looking for a creative and driven Video Content Creator Intern to join our team! If you enjoy shooting videos, experimenting with creative ideas, and turning everyday moments into engaging social media content, we'd love to hear from you.

You'll follow our team around the office and occasionally outside the workplace to capture authentic, interesting, and creative moments. Your footage will then be edited into short-form video content for our social media platforms.

Job Responsibilities

• Shoot creative video content featuring our team, office activities, and behind-the-scenes moments.
• Follow the team around the office and to external locations to capture engaging content.
• Edit raw footage into short-form videos suitable for social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook Reels.
• Explore different filming styles, angles, transitions, and storytelling techniques to make our content more engaging.
• Suggest creative ideas and new ways to improve our video content.
• Continuously look for ways to make the filming and content creation process more effective.

Requirements

• Able to shoot videos creatively, with a good eye for angles, composition, and storytelling.
• Comfortable editing videos using an editing software of your choice.
• Willing to learn, experiment, and improve your skills.
• Proactive, persistent, and determined when it comes to creating good content.
• Comfortable following the team around and filming both in the office and outside.
• Able to suggest ideas and take initiative instead of waiting for instructions all the time.

You don't need to have the most expensive equipment or be an expert. We value creativity, initiative, consistency, and the willingness to improve.

Equipment & Support

We'll provide basic equipment such as microphones and lighting to help you get started.

Have ideas for additional equipment that could improve the quality of our content? You're welcome to propose what you think we should invest in. Show us your determination, explain your ideas, and demonstrate how the equipment can help us create better content.

More Than Just an Internship

We're not just looking for someone to shoot and edit videos. We want someone who can think creatively and help us improve how we create content.

If you can demonstrate initiative, consistently produce engaging videos, and suggest effective ways for the team to create content more efficiently, there may be an opportunity to join us full-time after your internship.
