Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field

Basic understanding of accounting principles

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office

Familiarity with accounting software is an added advantage

Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records

Responsible, organised and able to meet deadlines

Willing to learn and follow instructions

Able to communicate and work effectively with the team

Able to handle financial information with confidentiality

Available for an internship period of 3–6 months

Assist with daily finance and accounting operations

Process invoices, payment vouchers and expense claims

Update accounts payable and accounts receivable records

Assist with bank reconciliation and payment tracking

Organise and maintain invoices, receipts and supporting documents

Follow up on outstanding documents and customer payments

Assist with monthly closing and basic financial reports

Perform data entry using Microsoft Excel and accounting software

Support audit, tax and other finance-related documentation

Carry out other administrative tasks assigned by the finance team
