Responsibilities
- Manage the leasing and rental of market stalls.
- Source and attract potential tenants for vacant stalls.
- Handle tenant enquiries, viewings, negotiations and follow-ups.
- Prepare and coordinate tenancy agreements and renewals.
- Monitor rental payments and follow up on outstanding rental.
- Maintain good relationships with existing tenants.
- Develop marketing activities to promote vacant stalls and increase occupancy.
- Coordinate advertising and promotional campaigns for the market.
- Monitor market rental rates and competitor activities.
- Assist the management team with market leasing and marketing strategies.
- Handle tenants’ feedback, requests and day-to-day leasing matters.
- Prepare regular leasing and occupancy reports for management.
