Job Descriptions:
Handle telephone calls and inquiries from stakeholders

Process invoices for all CCA budgets

Prepare and monitor timesheet of CCA instructors

Assist with data entry work for mid-year budget review

Provide support for the student collections for enrichment programme and purchase of iPads

Requirements:
Minimum GCE A level qualification

At least 3 years experience in an administration work environment in a secondary school

Able to work in a team and possesses good interpersonal communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

One year contract (Possible extension)

Working hours: Mondays to Wednesdays: 8:00am to 5:00pm (inclusive of 1hr lunch break)
