Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and passionate Part-Time Barista to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organised café environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and other menu items according to company standards.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment properly.
• Take customer orders and process payments accurately.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar, equipment, and café area.
• Ensure proper stock levels and inform the supervisor of any shortages.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
• Assist with opening and closing duties when required.
• Support the team with other café operations and duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous barista or café experience is an advantage.
• Fresh candidates with a strong interest in coffee and F&B are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work well in a team.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays when required.
• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation is an advantage.

Employment Type: Part-Time
Working Hours: Based on outlet schedule / roster
