Requirements
- Malaysian citizen or Permanent Resident (PR)
- No experience needed as full training will be provided
- Willing to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays
- Friendly and responsible with a positive attitude
- Willing to learn and work well in a team
Responsibilities
- Prepare food in the kitchen according to McDonald’s standards and food safety procedures
- Take customer orders at the front counter and drive-thru and handle payments accurately
- Greet and serve customers in a fast and friendly manner
- Keep the lobby and dining area clean and help customers when needed
- Prepare coffee and beverages at McCafé according to recipe
- Support delivery orders to ensure they are prepared and handed over on time
- Carry out cleaning and basic maintenance to keep the restaurant safe and tidy
- Support the restaurant team in any area assigned by the manager
