Anniks is hiring Front Desk Customer Service staff. We welcome candidates with experience in customer service, reception, front desk operations or retail.

We specialise in hands-on facial contour and body posture care. As part of our front desk team, you’ll ensure customers receive clear responses and thoughtful assistance—from their first enquiry and appointment booking to their visit.

You don’t need to know our treatments from day one. What matters is your willingness to learn, listen patiently and follow through on what you’ve promised customers.

What we’re looking for:

• Enjoy communicating with people, with a friendly manner and clear, patient replies.

• Able to communicate and respond to written messages in Mandarin and English.

• Organised and detail-oriented, with good follow-through on appointments, customer records and assigned tasks.

• Familiar with WhatsApp and basic computer operations, and willing to learn booking and customer management systems.

• Responsible, punctual and willing to work closely with therapists and the outlet team.
