• Minimum SPM qualification or above

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in collections, credit control, debt recovery or customer service

• Good communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable using the company’s internal system to update collection results

• Contact customers about overdue payments

• Arrange suitable payment plans

• Follow up on outstanding payments

• Update customer and payment records in the internal system

• Escalate unresolved cases to the Field and Recovery team

• Achieve assigned collection targets and KPIs
  

Working Hours & Days

• 5 working days per week with flexible fixed schedule options.
