Double K Air Conditioning & Engineering Hiring! Full Time Quantity Surveyor Admin (工料测量助理) in Johor, Earn up to MYR 3,200 - Ricebowl

1) Collect, collate and manage various technical documents, tender contracts, letters, drawings and others relevant information.

2) Responsible for all kinds of official letters, files, email, notices, briefings, information transmission, collection, collation, drafting, delivery and other works.

3) Skilled in Microsoft Words, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point and AUTOCAD, with strong writing ability, communication skills and ability to coordinate and work independently.

4) Handle the coordination work between various departments within the company and various external units.

5) To participate in regular meetings, to complete the regular meeting minutes. (decide as circumstances require)

6) To help convey and deliver the instructions from department manager, orders, notice, decision and etc to relevant department which shall include to expedite, inspect and implement those orders, notice, decision and work plan.

7) To understand all the site overall progress, assist project manager to complete the project weekly, monthly progress claim, certificate, payment status, future funding/material cost plan, daily administrative items plan and etc.

8) Responsible for drafting and finalizing project inspection works format,project document format and etc.

9) Able to follow instructions from director/superior, complete tasks assigned by director/superior.

10) To collect and categorize all the documents after the completion of projects.

11) Responsible in air conditioning and mechanical ventilation layout design, able to create new drawing or modify existing drawing based on different requirement by using drawing software such as AutoCad or Gstar.

12) Assist in carry out material quantity and costing calculation based on tender drawing received from tender documents.

13) Able to liaise with suppliers and subcontractors, responsible in inquiry of materials and equipment from different brands, review and approve final material selections.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

-Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
-Preferably to have experience in Air Conditioning System & Mechanical Ventilation Field.
-Proficient in AUTOCAD Software & MS Office.
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Preferably 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is a bonus.
- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
- Able to work as a team. Able to communicate and coordinate as a team.
- Preferably live nearby our company (skudai area) are advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
