Job Summary
Support the implementation of behaviour support and individualized education plans to achieve positive client outcomes in a safe, special needs-friendly environment.
Responsibilities
Implement clients’ behaviour support plans and individualized education plans to promote positive outcomes
Assist teachers in planning and designing engaging teaching and learning experiences for the classroom
Support teachers in executing lesson plans and applying effective classroom management strategies
Maintain a safe and special needs-friendly environment to ensure clients’ well-being and safety
Record and track client progress to inform ongoing support and interventions
Carry out additional job-related duties as assigned to support team and client needs
