Position Overview

We are looking for a technically inclined and AI-enthusiastic IT & Web Development Intern to support the development, maintenance, and optimization of the company's websites and digital platforms. The intern will also assist with internal IT support, digital tools, workflow automation, and AI-related initiatives, gaining practical exposure to modern web technologies and digital transformation projects.

This internship is ideal for students who are passionate about web development, user experience, automation, and emerging AI technologies, while also building hands-on experience in a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, maintaining, and updating company websites using CMS platforms such as WordPress and Elementor.
• Support website customization, content updates, page creation, and ensure responsive design across desktop and mobile devices.
• Perform website testing, troubleshoot technical issues, and help optimize website performance, functionality, and user experience.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to implement website improvements, landing pages, SEO enhancements, and digital content updates.
• Provide basic IT support, including hardware and software troubleshooting, device configuration, and user account setup.
• Assist in maintaining internal systems, software installations, and ensuring technology resources are functioning effectively.
• Explore and support workflow automation initiatives using AI-powered and low-code/no-code automation tools to improve operational efficiency.
• Participate in AI-related projects by researching, testing, and implementing AI productivity tools and emerging technologies where applicable.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Web Development, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of web development concepts, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with WordPress is an advantage.
• Familiarity with website development, responsive design, and CMS platforms is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of computer systems, operating systems, and networking concepts.
• Strong interest in AI technologies, automation, and digital innovation.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn new technologies.
• Able to communicate effectively and collaborate with both technical and non-technical team members.

Pay: RM500.00 per month
