Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation, data analysis, and presentations.

Basic understanding or willingness to learn about Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and applications in education.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team in an onsite environment.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing research data and project tasks.

Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies in R&D.

Previous internship or project experience in a research or educational setting is a plus.
