Our 2-Week Exposure Program is designed to give penultimate and final year students a firsthand look into the world of financial advisory. This is your chance to explore the industry and gain essential personal finance mastery and personal developmental skills.

• Explore a career in financial advisory and gain insight into the day-to-day role
• Build practical knowledge in personal finance, wealth planning and business development
• Gain hands-on exposure through live client appointment shadowing and guided client simulations
• Understand your working style and career fit through Enneagram/DISC
• Earn a sponsored professional paper upon completion*
• Receive an allowance based on programme participation and performance*

• Mentor-mentee ratio capped at 1:2 throughout the programme
• Personalised mentor tagging based on suitability
• Develop practical client communication, networking and problem-solving skills
• Get an honest look at the career, including client needs analysis, financial planning and the commission-based model
• Understand the realities of building a career in financial advisory, including income, autonomy and lifestyle
• Explore the industry through a 2-week, low-commitment programme before deciding if it’s right for you

Week 1: Learning Theory

Personal finance, wealth planning, career fit and business fundamentals.

Week 2: Experience & Practise

Client appointment shadowing, guided client simulations and hands-on exposure.

Qualifications: Min. Local Polytechnic Diploma

Eligibility: SG/PR, min. 21 years old and penultimate or final year of university studies
