• Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia  
• Familiar with Social Media (FB / IG / TikTok)
• Basic skills in Excel/Google Sheets, Canva, CapCut 
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn

KOL Sourcing & Relationship Building

• Research and identify potential KOLs/Influencers across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu) that align with our brand image.
• Assist in reaching out to new influencers and maintaining a strong, long-term database for different product categories (e.g., Skincare, Haircare).

Campaign Execution & Coordination

• Liaise with KOLs to ensure smooth campaign execution, including managing their requirements, timelines, and content deliverables.
• Prepare briefing documents for KOLs to ensure they understand the brand's key USPs and campaign goals.
• Monitor KOL postings to ensure they meet the quality standards and brand guidelines.
  
   

Market Research & Reporting

• Trend Monitoring: Keep a close eye on beauty industry trends, competitor activities, and viral content styles.
• Strategic Insights: Provide creative suggestions and weekly insights to the marketing team to improve content performance.
• Campaign Support: Assist in planning and executing both online (Shopee/Lazada) and in-store marketing activities.
