PART-TIME EVENT SUPPORT CREW (AV & GUEST SERVICES)
Looking for a short-term event job at one of Singapore’s most iconic venues? Join us as an AV Event Crew Assistant and gain hands-on experience supporting a professional event at Marina Bay Sands!
JOB DETAILS
Location: Marina Bay Sands (MBS)
Dates: 4 & 5 November 2026
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay Rate: $12/hour
Employment Type: Part-Time / Ad Hoc Event
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with the setup, preparation and handling of audiovisual (AV) equipment.
Support the distribution, collection and organisation of headsets for event guests.
Welcome and assist guests in a friendly, polite and professional manner.
Provide clear guidance and assistance to guests regarding headset usage.
Ensure smooth event operations by providing on-site AV and guest support.
Assist with basic equipment checks and troubleshooting under guidance.
Perform other event-related duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Friendly, approachable and guest-oriented, with a positive attitude.
Service-minded, with a strong commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences.
Polite, courteous and professional when interacting with guests.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsible, punctual, proactive and attentive to details.
Able to remain patient and helpful when handling guest enquiries.
Able to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced event environment.
Prior AV, event or customer service experience is an advantage.
Candidates available for both 4 & 5 November will be prioritised.
