Role Description

Help organizations address business challenges, improve performance, and achieve strategic objectives. Combine research, analysis, and stakeholder engagement to develop practical recommendations and support implementation of sustainable improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with clients to define business problems, objectives, project scope, and success measures.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, market research, and data analysis.
• Assess business performance, processes, organizational capabilities, and competitive positioning.
• Develop hypotheses, evaluate options, and validate findings using appropriate evidence.
• Build financial models, business cases, and scenarios to assess costs, benefits, and risks.
• Recommend improvements to strategy, operations, operating models, or organizational effectiveness.
• Prepare clear presentations, reports, and implementation roadmaps.
• Present findings and facilitate discussions to support informed decisions and stakeholder alignment.
• Coordinate project workstreams, deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.
• Support implementation, change management, and capability transfer to client teams.
• Track outcomes against agreed objectives and recommend adjustments.
• Maintain client confidentiality and contribute to proposals and knowledge development where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in consulting, strategy, business analysis, operations improvement, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to structure ambiguous questions.
• Experience conducting research, interpreting data, and developing evidence-based recommendations.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and presentation tools.
• Understanding of financial analysis, business performance drivers, and organizational processes.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work within agreed deadlines.
• Sound commercial judgment, professional integrity, and attention to detail.
• A degree in business, economics, finance, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering consulting projects or working directly with external clients.
• Expertise in a relevant industry or functional area.
• Familiarity with data analytics, process improvement, digital transformation, or change management.
• Experience supporting implementation and measuring business benefits.
• Relevant postgraduate education or professional qualifications in management, project delivery, or a specialist discipline.
