Responsibilities

Campaigns & Content

• Create short social and email content that communicates campaign ideas clearly and attractively.
• Adapt briefs into captions, visuals, and simple ad copy ready for scheduling tools.
• Support creatives with basic design tasks using templates and deliver on-brand assets.

Growth & Sales

• Qualify inbound leads, prepare proposals, and support client calls to help close small accounts.
• Maintain CRM records and follow up leads to move prospects through the funnel.
• Help run promotions and partnerships that generate measurable leads and foot traffic.

Analytics & Operations

• Track basic campaign metrics and produce short performance summaries for the team.
• Use platform reporting to suggest small optimisations for ads and posts.
• Coordinate campaign calendars and vendor bookings to ensure on-time delivery.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 0 years experience required, suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with internship experience.
• Portfolio links or examples of social posts, school projects, or personal campaigns are welcome.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Basic understanding of Social Media channels and content formats for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Familiarity with CRM entry and lead tracking, and comfort using spreadsheet tools for simple reporting.
• Exposure to basic paid ads, analytics dashboards, or content scheduling tools is preferred.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Clear communicator who can write short copy and explain ideas in simple terms.
• Organised and reliable with a bias for completing tasks on time and following checklists.
