We are looking for an Operations Executive to support the daily operations of a shopping mall, with a focus on managing and coordinating F&B tenants and hospitality-related operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain good working relationships with F&B tenants and business partners.
• Coordinate with tenants, suppliers, contractors, and service providers to ensure smooth daily mall operations.
• Monitor F&B tenant operations and ensure compliance with mall operating procedures and requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections of mall common areas, tenant areas, cleanliness, and overall operational conditions.
• Handle tenant complaints, operational issues, and follow up with relevant parties for resolution.
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers to resolve operational, maintenance, and facility-related issues.
• Monitor the proper use of common areas and corridors in front of tenant outlets.
• Coordinate delivery schedules for tenants and ensure smooth movement of goods from the loading bay to respective outlets.
• Follow up on tenant violations and ensure compliance with mall operational procedures.
• Support cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and environmental standards across the mall.
• Implement sustainable operational practices such as waste reduction and energy efficiency.
• Ensure operational activities comply with company policies relating to quality, safety, health, environment, and PDPA.
• Escalate recurring tenant or operational issues to senior management when necessary.
• Perform other operational duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree / Postgraduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Business Studies, Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Hospitality, or related fields.
• Experience in F&B operations or hotel/hospitality management is preferred.
• Experience managing restaurants, F&B outlets, hotel operations, retail outlets, or multiple customer-facing operations will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal professionally with tenants and business partners.
• Good problem-solving, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced shopping mall environment.
• Good understanding of operational standards, cleanliness, customer service, and safety procedures.
