Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Proactively follow up with clients to understand their needs, preferences, concerns, and current level of engagement.
• Provide support throughout the client journey, including account onboarding, account usage, and ongoing follow-ups.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
• Respond to client enquiries professionally and promptly, providing clear, effective, and helpful support.
• Work closely with the Marketing, Operations, and other internal teams to continuously improve the overall client experience.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Hindi and English, both written and spoken.
• Comfortable and confident communicating with clients through phone calls, instant messaging platforms, email, and other communication channels.
• Proactive, responsible, and willing to continuously learn and grow.
• Strong ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with different types of clients.
• Good client follow-up skills with strong attention to detail.
• Have interest in financial markets, trading, or financial services is an advantage.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
