Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in HR Operations / Shared Services or Client Services.

• Strong understanding of HR lifecycle processes, SLA, CSAT, DSAT, and case management tools.

• Hands-on experience with HR systems (Workday preferred).

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Good computer literacy and attention to detail.

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, or related field.

• Experience in HR Shared Services / Service-based environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute HR employee lifecycle processes accurately and efficiently (job changes, offboarding, benefits, data management, time & absence)

• Monitor and manage service delivery metrics (SLA, CSAT, DSAT) and vendor performance

• Identify and implement process improvements, standardization, and automation to enhance productivity and compliance

• Provide guidance and resolution for complex employee and stakeholder queries

• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders through proactive communication

• Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and adherence to company policies and local regulations
