Proven experience as a Barista, with at least 1-2 years in a similar role, demonstrating a strong understanding of coffee preparation and beverage service.

Possession of a Secondary School Certificate (SPM) or equivalent qualification is required.

Proficiency in various beverage preparation techniques, including espresso extraction, milk steaming, and latte art, is essential.

Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems for order processing and payment handling.

Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to engage positively with guests and create a welcoming atmosphere.

Strong communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively interact with a diverse customer base.

Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple orders and tasks efficiently.

A passion for coffee and a willingness to learn about new brewing methods and product offerings.

Engage with customers in a friendly and efficient manner, taking orders accurately, answering questions about menu items, and making recommendations.

Handle cash and credit card transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system, ensuring accuracy in all financial dealings and maintaining a balanced cash drawer.

Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations, including proper food handling, storage, and temperature control to prevent contamination.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including stocking shelves, cleaning tables, and ensuring the overall tidiness of the coffee bar and seating areas.
