5. Ensures smooth activation of merchants and maintains basic operational accuracy.

1. Merchant Onboarding Support

• Assist BD team to collect merchant details and required documents

• Check submissions for completeness and accuracy

• Verify that required KYC documents match Fasspay requirements

• Follow up with merchants on missing or unclear documents

• Organise merchant files into structured folders

2. KYC & KYB Document Preparation

• Validate NRIC images, SSM docs, bank statements, shopfront photos

• Ensure documents meet quality standards before submission

• Fill in the onboarding worksheet for the Founder to review

• Track onboarding status

3. Daily Operations Monitoring

• Check daily settlement amounts (Excel/portal)

• Flag discrepancies to Founder or Ops Lead

• Maintain simple operations log: settlements, support cases, activations

4. General Admin & Reporting

• Prepare daily/weekly onboarding reports

• Update CRM or merchant tracking sheets

• Assist with operational documentation (SOPs, checklists)
