Open to students and fresh graduates; relevant fields are a plus (Multimedia, Design, Film, Mass Communication, etc.).

Basic knowledge of video editing and design tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.

Must be familiar with CapCut (China version); experience with short-form video editing is an advantage.

Basic understanding of visual composition, video pacing, and synchronization between music and visuals.

Basic video shooting skills (camera handling, framing, lighting) preferred; smartphone/DSLR shooting experience is a plus

Creative mindset with an interest in storytelling and content creation.

Willing to learn, take feedback, and improve technical and creative skills.

Assist in editing videos for various projects, including events, interviews, product showcases, and vlogs.

Support video editing tasks such as basic effects, simple color grading, subtitles, dubbing, and sound effects under supervision.

Collaborate with the marketing/content team to assist in video script planning and execution.

Make revisions based on feedback to improve video flow, visual style, and audience engagement.

Help with video asset organization and basic project coordination.
