• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality.

• Creative and interested in social media, content creation, and marketing trends.

• Comfortable interacting with customers and working in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or other content editing tools is an advantage.

• Positive attitude, willing to learn, and able to work well with a team.

Marketing & Campaigns

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal activities.

• Support the preparation of marketing materials, social media content, and basic marketing reports.

Sales & Customer Engagement

• Assist with zoo ticket sales, annual passes, retail products, and promotional packages.

• Attend to customer enquiries and provide friendly product and service recommendations.

Content Creation & Social Media

• Create engaging short-form videos and photos for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.

• Assist in developing creative content ideas and editing content using tools such as CapCut and Canva.

E-commerce & Events

• Manage and update online product listings, including product information, photos, pricing, and promotions.
