Requirements

Responsibilities

• Work towards achieving the store’s monthly sales targets.

• Perform and maintain stock replenishment to ensure the store is fully stocked at all times.

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.

• Maintain an outstanding store appearance and uphold visual merchandising standards.

• Identify and understand customers’ needs and preferences.

• Stay updated with the latest product information and promotions.

• Clearly and accurately describe product features, benefits, and usage.

• Handle point-of-sale transactions efficiently and accurately.

• Participate actively in receiving and organizing new stock shipments.

• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
