岗位职责
Assist chefs in food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and portioning ingredients.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
Learn and execute basic cooking techniques under the guidance of senior kitchen staff.
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management and receiving of supplies.
Support the kitchen team during service, ensuring timely and efficient preparation of dishes.
Familiarize yourself with menu items and preparation methods.
Participate in cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment and areas.
