Requirements:

1. Have working experience in tooling related field (Stamping / Downset)

2. Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints and technical drawings

3. Creative thinking to find solutions to complex manufacturing problems

4. Analytical skills to identify root causes of malfunctions

5. Diploma or Certificate Program: Preferred, providing hands-on training in tooling technology, machining, or a related field.

Responsibilities

1. To diagnose and troubleshoot tooling issues

2. To identify root causes and solve tooling issues

3. Conduct precise measurement and quality check to ensure accuracy of tools

4. Collaborate with engineers and other technicians

5. To detect minor defects or wear on tools

6. Possess good and effective communication skill with all levels with the organization, suppliers, and customers.

7. Ability to provide leadership, direction, identify and resolve issues with other departments group effectively.

8. Able to work long hours and under high-pressure in fast paced environment.

9. Able to implement and carry-out improvement opportunities to identify profits and increase productivity.
