Job Requirements :

• At least a diploma/bachelor’s degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or related fields.

• At least 4-5 years of experience in sales and marketing (properties industry is an added advantage).

• Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.

• Strong project management, multitasking, communication, and decision-making skills.

• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools is an advantage.

 Job description :-

• To execute all sales, marketing and promotional strategies in order to achieve sales target;

• Check and prepare medias, advertisements, distributions leaflets and marketing tools prior to the launching or monthly events,

• Conduct market survey of all competitors, compile and prepare market survey reports,

• Manage and monitor the cost of promotional activities against budget in order to achieve the planned budget and maximize marketing returns and sales,

• Manage and monitor the external sales agents,

• Attend to all sales enquiries,

• Implement the sales execution and its marketing strategies in a professional manner,

• Monitor and check on all the application and renewal of developer's license and advertisement permit and ensure they are speedily,

• Assisting in sales gallery events and roadshow.

• Prepare and maintain proper records and files of all purchasers including the records in the developer’s system.

• Assist in Vacant Possession and Key Handover process.

• Coordinate with and arrange for customer’s signing of sales documentations.

• Attend to customers and provide sales advice.

• Assist in sales administration work.

• Assisting day-to-day operation in sales gallery.

• Attend to cleaners and suppliers as to upkeep the gallery.

• Assist in marketing collateral for the project.

• Assist in marketing study for the project.

• Assist and monitor of external Sales Agencies appointment documentation.

• Attend to sales and customer enquiries for designated projects.

• Any other duties assigned by Head of Department from time to time.
