Job Description
Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheet Excellent command of English, the ability to converse fluently in other languages (e.g.: Bahasa Melayu)
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
At least 1 year of experience in HRBP or HR advisory roles
Responsibilities
Liaise with on-ground employees on day-to-day operations and matters relating to benefits/leaves
Manage offers and background checks for shortlisted on-ground employees
Work closely with management to manage and resolve any employee relations issues
Monitor on-ground employees' attendance and ensure they adhere to HR regulations
Manage resignations and offboarding SOPs of on-ground employees
Performs other related duties as assigned
