Position: Donor Care Assistance
Industry: Non-Profit / NGO
Location: Damansara Heights, Kuala Lumpur
Salary: RM3,500
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Malaysian Citizens Only

Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in any field
Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service Operations or Call Centre
Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service / Social Media is an added advantage
Strong customer service and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound calls from current and prospective donors, as well as general enquiries
• Conduct outbound calls to donors when required
• Respond to enquiries through email, Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp
• Support donor retention through proactive customer service strategies
• Handle donor needs, enquiries, concerns and complaints professionally
• Liaise with donors, external parties and internal stakeholders
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of products and services to support donor enquiries
• Ensure all assigned daily tasks are completed according to SOPs
• Maintain accurate attendance and punctuality records
